After unexpected flooding, this Huntly Lane home could’ve been a loss. Instead, we gave it a transformation story. What began as a restoration quickly turned into a full-scale reinvention, gutting the original layout and rebuilding it into something far more modernized and functional.

Walls were opened, sightlines were extended, and the heart of the home was reimagined with flow and function in mind. Where the old design felt closed-off and heavy, the new vision brought warmth and openness. We replaced dated travertine with wide-plank wood floors, modernizing the finishes, and traded the old-world weight for a fresh, thoughtful style.

Bathrooms were completely redone, a custom bar area was integrated for effortless entertaining, and each room now feels connected while still holding its own purpose. The result is a space that honors its past while fully embracing the way families live today.
