Kickoff!
At this stage we’ll get to know one another and discuss your inspiration, the budget and timeline and ultimately your vision for your future home.

Creativity + Collaboration
We work side by side discussing every detail, sketching and refining until we have a design that aligns with your expectations and your budget.

Pre-Construction
In this phase we are hard at work fine tuning our bids, pricing, and plans as we meet regularly for preconstruction meetings. The job site will be prepped for construction and kept tidy.

Construction
Our team is on-site daily ensuring every detail of the build is on track and aligning to our quality expectations. From laying the very first brick to adding the finishing touches that make it uniquely yours.

Welcome Home
At this point we have our final walk throughs, home orientations, and transition into the warranty phase for ultimate peace of mind. We’re here to assist with any issues and needs long after you’ve moved in.
